Vaani Kapoor Inaugurates Aisshpra Gems & Jewels’ Landmark Three-Floor Showroom in Varanasi
Bollywood actress Vaani Kapoor inaugurated Aisshpra Gems & Jewels’ grand new showroom in Sigra, Varanasi, marking a major milestone for the brand in eastern Uttar Pradesh. The three-floor store is the largest yet from Aisshpra and represents a significant step in expanding the legacy of the Gorakhpur-based jeweller to a broader audience in one of India’s most culturally rich cities.

Known for her grace and elegance, Vaani Kapoor described the showroom as “a stunning confluence of India’s traditional heritage and modern style,” aligning perfectly with Aisshpra’s vision to blend timeless craftsmanship with contemporary design.
Aisshpra Gems & Jewels, with a legacy spanning over 85 years, has long been trusted by customers across eastern Uttar Pradesh. While the brand has served many buyers from Varanasi through its Gorakhpur base, the opening of this Sigra showroom brings Aisshpra’s signature collections directly to the heart of its expanding clientele.
Extensive Collections Inspired by Culture and Craft
Spanning three beautifully designed floors, the showroom offers a wide range of jewellery, including bridal, festive, and daily wear in gold, diamonds, silver, polki, and kundan. A standout feature is the temple-inspired collection, rooted in spiritual motifs and traditional artistry—paying homage to Varanasi’s cultural and religious heritage.
Exclusive Launch Offer
To celebrate the launch, Aisshpra is offering customers up to 50% off on making charges for gold and diamond jewellery on purchases worth ₹2 lakh or more, available for a limited period.
Strengthening Local Presence

Directors Atul Saraf and Anoop Saraf called the showroom a symbol of the brand’s commitment to Varanasi. “Our family has carried forward a legacy of trust and quality through generations,” they said. “With this new beginning in the spiritual heart of India, we are proud to offer Varanasi a jewellery experience that is both timeless and contemporary.”
For jewellery retailers and industry observers, Aisshpra’s expansion into Varanasi highlights a key industry trend: customer loyalty is increasingly driven by proximity, cultural resonance, and accessibility—alongside the quality of the product.

Jos Alukkas Presents ‘My Best Friend’s Wedding’
Jos Alukkas, a trusted name in quality, innovation, and trendy jewellery in India, has unveiled its latest brand campaign, My Best Friend’s Wedding, featuring Dulquer Salmaan, Keerthy Suresh and Suhasini Maniratnam. The campaign reflects how weddings are being experienced today, with greater clarity of choice and a collective approach to marking the occasion.

For over six decades, Jos Alukkas has been closely associated with weddings across regions and generations. While the form and context of these celebrations have evolved over time, the significance of coming together to mark a commitment has remained unchanged. My Best Friend’s Wedding draws from this continuity, presenting a story that is settled and confident.
The film centres on a wedding that unfolds. Dulquer Salmaan brings a contemporary presence that feels assured, Keerthy Suresh adds familiarity drawn from today’s wedding narratives, while Suhasini Maniratnam lends depth shaped by lived experience. Together, they give the story a sense of balance and quiet conviction. Jewellery appears as it always has at such moments, present without announcement, becoming part of how the occasion takes form.

Speaking about the film, Varghese Alukkas, Managing Director, Jos Alukkas, said, “Weddings have always marked moments when people choose companionship and commitment. Over the years, we have seen how those choices are made with greater clarity and confidence. This campaign reflects a belief that celebration follows intention, and jewellery remains part of that moment, quietly and meaningfully.”
Paul Alukkas, Managing Director, Jos Alukkas, said, “Design today is shaped by how people want to live with their jewellery, not only how it appears on a given day. This story reflects that shift, where jewellery belongs to the occasion without drawing attention to itself.”

John Alukkas, Managing Director, Jos Alukkas, said, “Weddings are occasions where people come together to celebrate a commitment. This film reflects that collective spirit, where the moment feels complete because it is shared and supported by everyone present.”
With My Best Friend’s Wedding, Jos Alukkas continues its long-standing approach of reflecting real celebrations as they are lived today, reaffirming its place in moments that are chosen, shared and remembered.
