Mavitrra Launches Ganpati-Inspired Fine Jewellery Collection For Ganesh Chaturthi, Blending Tradition With Contemporary Design
Where Devotion, Symbolism and Modern Craftsmanship Come Together In Jewellery Designed For Festive Celebrations
Mavitrra, the bespoke diamond jewellery brand known for its refined craftsmanship and design-led philosophy, has launched its Ganpati-inspired fine jewellery collection on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, bringing the timeless symbolism of Lord Ganesha into a contemporary fine jewellery language.
Celebrating Lord Ganesha as a symbol of wisdom, prosperity, auspicious beginnings and the removal of obstacles, the collection interprets the deity through sculptural forms, intricate goldwork and precious diamond and gemstone detailing. The edit features statement bangles, earrings and necklaces, designed to complement the festive season while remaining sophisticated and versatile beyond the occasion.
At the heart of the collection are distinctive Ganpati-inspired motifs, ranging from sculptural representations of Ganesha to more abstract interpretations of the deity’s iconic features. One of the standout designs is a statement bangle featuring a sculptural Ganpati face, emerald ears, a ruby tilak and pavé-diamond detailing, bringing together traditional symbolism and contemporary jewellery design.

Another design explores the form of the Ganpati trunk and lotus through an abstract interpretation, while a more minimal Ganpati profile is framed within a diamond halo, offering a refined expression of devotion for those who prefer understated jewellery.
The collection further explores the architectural and artistic language associated with Indian temples. Woven gold bands, pavé edges, ruby and emerald accents, and contemporary openwork inspired by temple arches add depth and dimension to the designs. The pieces are created to feel celebratory without being overly traditional, allowing the symbolism of Ganpati to become an elegant part of a modern jewellery wardrobe.
The collection’s bangles, earrings and necklaces are designed across different levels of expression from statement pieces created for festive occasions to more subtle silhouettes that can be styled with contemporary and traditional ensembles alike. Diamonds provide the signature brilliance of the collection, while emeralds and rubies introduce rich colour and a distinctly festive character.
Speaking about the collection, Bindu Sharma, Founder & Creative Director, Mavitrra, said:

“Ganesh Chaturthi is deeply rooted in the ideas of new beginnings, prosperity and seeking blessings for the journey ahead. We wanted to translate these emotions into jewellery in a way that feels relevant to the modern wearer. Instead of simply recreating traditional Ganpati motifs, we explored the deity through sculptural forms and contemporary silhouettes . She further added, Every element, from the emerald and ruby accents to the diamond detailing and architectural forms, has been designed to retain the spiritual significance of Ganesha while giving it a distinctive Mavitrra identity.”
With the collection, Mavitrra continues its approach of bringing together spiritual inspiration, individuality and contemporary luxury. The Ganesh Chaturthi edit is designed not only as festive jewellery, but as a celebration of faith, craftsmanship and the auspicious beginnings that Lord Ganesha represents.

“The launch of our official website marks an important step in Reva Diamonds’ journey as we build a contemporary diamond jewellery brand rooted in the enduring values of the P. N. Gadgil & Sons legacy. Today’s customer does not experience a brand through a single channel; discovery may begin online, the consideration may happen across digital and physical touchpoints, and the final experience is built through trust and personal engagement. Our objective is therefore to create a seamless ecosystem where our digital and retail experiences complement each other.
The website is an extension of our brand—not just a destination to view jewellery, but a platform through which customers can discover our collections, understand our craftsmanship and begin their journey with Reva.”
The website launch comes at a significant stage in Reva Diamonds’ growth journey. Established in December 2024, the brand has been developed as a new-age diamond jewellery proposition carrying forward the heritage of P. N. Gadgil & Sons while creating its own identity around modern diamond jewellery. Reva Diamonds has continued to expand its retail footprint, with the brand currently focused on creating a contemporary jewellery experience for today’s consumers.
Amit Modak brings extensive experience across finance, commodity markets, retail and the jewellery industry to his leadership role at PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery Limited. He has been associated with Reva since its incorporation and also serves as a Director of P. N. Gadgil & Sons Limited.
