Yuliya Kutovaya Debuts ‘Dilorom’ and ‘Shibirma’ at Red Sea Film Festival

Inspired by Alisher Navoi’s Seven Planets and the architectural motifs of Bolo Hauz Mosque, the Collections Debut at the Red Sea Film Festival

Jewelry designer and founder of Yuliya Kutovaya Jewelry, Yuliya Kutovaya, has reinterpreted one of her signature collections, Shibirma, and introduced a new line of elegant jewelry titled Dilorom, inspired by the aesthetics of Eastern poetry.

At the heart of both collections lies a sculptural sense of volume, the expressive color of gemstones, intricate ornamental patterns and a refined fusion of contemporary aesthetics with the classical decorative art of Uzbekistan.

The pieces are harmoniously styled and crafted using a variety of artistic techniques.

Dilorom

The collection is inspired by the image of the beauty Dilorom from Alisher Navoi’s epic poem Seven Planets, as well as the opera Dilorom by Uzbek composer Mukhtar Ashrafi, created based on this literary masterpiece.

The design concept centers on love and tenderness — reflected in the color palette of gemstones and the airy forms of the jewelry, adorned with delicate arabesques.

Shibirma

The inspiring motif behind this collection is the story of traditional openwork volumetric earrings that, at the beginning of the 20th century, were traditionally presented to a bride as a wedding gift.

Reinterpreting this historical design, Yuliya complemented the concise silhouette of the earrings with an ornament echoing the carved wooden column pattern of the renowned Bolo Hauz Mosque in the historic city of Bukhara.

The international show premiere of the jewelry took place at the Red Sea Film Festival in Saudi Arabia.

Renowned Uzbek model and festival guest Vazira John chose Shibirma and Dilorom earrings for the opening and closing ceremonies, showcasing the pieces on the red carpet.

“The jewelry looks striking and luxurious, telling the story of our history and culture. Elements of national design recall the tradition of passing precious pieces down from generation to generation. Vazira John’s appearance became a moment when this tradition found a contemporary voice and resonated in a new way. Shibirma Red is my story about the beauty of Bukhara, and Dilorom is about love and poetic heritage”, Yuliya Kutovaya says.

Bhima, one of South India’s most respected and enduring jewellery houses, proudly announces the new collection launch of “SHIVAAY”, a spiritually inspired collection that draws from the eternal union of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati — a symbol of balance, strength, devotion, and harmony.

Conceived as more than a jewellery line, SHIVAAY is a cultural expression rooted in India’s timeless spiritual philosophy. The collection reflects the sacred synergy of Shiva and Shakti — the cosmic forces that represent stillness and power, destruction and creation, asceticism and grace. Together, they embody completeness. Through SHIVAAY, Bhima translates this profound symbolism into finely crafted gold ornaments that carry meaning beyond adornment.

The collection features an exquisite range of necklaces, earrings, haraams, bangles, and traditional statement pieces, each thoughtfully designed with intricate detailing and classical influences. Drawing inspiration from sacred motifs, temple aesthetics, and divine iconography, every creation in SHIVAAY reflects reverence, craftsmanship, and cultural depth.

At its heart, SHIVAAY is designed with the message of

“Echoes of Divinity, Worn in Gold.”

The collection is for those who seek to carry spirituality close to their being. It speaks to individuals who view jewellery not merely as ornamentation, but as an extension of faith, inner strength, and personal belief. Each piece becomes a reminder of divine protection, emotional balance, and harmony in everyday life.

With SHIVAAY, Bhima continues its tradition of presenting jewellery as a cultural heirloom — rooted in devotion, yet relevant to the modern seeker. The collection seamlessly blends traditional artistry with timeless elegance, making it suitable for festive occasions, spiritual gatherings, and cherished personal milestones.

The SHIVAAY Collection is now available exclusively at Bhima showrooms in Jayanagar 4th Block, Jayanagar 3rd Block, Malleshwaram, and Rajajinagar, Bengaluru.

As Bhima steps into its next century of legacy, SHIVAAY stands as a reflection of its enduring philosophy — that jewellery is not just worn, but experienced. It carries stories, blessings, and belief systems across generations. With SHIVAAY, Bhima once again reaffirms that gold, when shaped by devotion and meaning, becomes eternal.
