Discovery Global Consumer Products. The exclusive FRIENDS x CaratLane collection brings the charm and nostalgia of the iconic sitcom into the world of gold and diamonds—just in time for Friendship Day in India.

With a fan-following across the globe, FRIENDS has transcended generations, leaving an indelible mark on pop culture and friendships alike. The collection rekindles the love for the show among the 90s and 2000s kids who grew up quoting Chandler’s sarcasm and singing along to Phoebe’s jams [or tunes]. 
 
Crafted in 9KT & 14KT gold, enamel, and diamonds—the collection offers 30+ designs that spark a wave of nostalgia with designs inspired by the iconic elements of the sitcom — motifs such as the lobster, the couch, the smelly cat, the yellow doorframe, Joey’s pizza.

Speaking on the association, Saumen Bhaumik, Managing Director, CaratLane, said,“At CaratLane, we’ve always believed that jewellery should speak your story, and for an entire generation, the F.R.I.E.N.D.S show is a part of that story. For the launch, CaratLane is hosting a mall activation designed to immerse customers in the world of the beloved sitcom. This engaging event features trivia about F.R.I.E.N.D.S, fostering a light, nostalgic, and humorous atmosphere. Visitors receive free stickers and exclusive invites. A fun photobooth is also available for all to capture their own F.R.I.E.N.D.S -inspired moments, with free polaroids offered for social media re-posts to amplify the excitement and build brand love.

Strengthening its presence beyond Vidarbha and taking a significant step towards regional expansion, Khandelwal Jewellers(Akola) inaugurated its ninth showroom at Aditya Complex, Badi Sadak, Jalna, marking the brand’s first-ever entry into the Marathwada region. The grand inauguration ceremony was conducted by renowned Maharashtra actress Prajakta Mali in the distinguished presence of Avinash Gupta, Vice Chairman, GJC.

The event was attended by the promoters of the group,  Nitin Khandelwal and Prabha Khandelwal,  Ravi Khandelwal and Ekta Khandelwal, along with prominent jewellers, entrepreneurs, professionals, and distinguished citizens from Jalna and neighboring districts. Present were the sixth generation of the Khandelwal family, including Harshal Khandelwal, Shaurya Khandelwal, Pratik Khandelwal, Rishika Khandelwal, Pratik Rathi, and Dipika Rathi.

The launch represents another milestone in the remarkable journey of Khandelwal Jewellers, a trusted name in the jewellery industry with a legacy spanning over nine decades. Established on the foundation of transparency, purity, customer trust, and innovation, the company has steadily expanded its footprint across Maharashtra and continues to strengthen its position as one of the leading jewellery retailers in the region.
