Sky Gold & Diamonds made a remarkable impact at IIJS Premiere 2026 with the unveiling of multiple product innovations that highlight the company’s continued commitment to design excellence, technological advancement, and evolving market trends. The launches reaffirm the company’s position as one of India’s leading jewellery manufacturers, offering retailers innovative products that combine craftsmanship with commercial appeal.

Leading the showcase was the launch of Sky Gold’s Diamond Bridal Jewellery Collection, thoughtfully created for the modern bride who seeks timeless elegance with a contemporary edge. The collection blends intricate craftsmanship, refined diamond settings, and versatile silhouettes to cater to diverse bridal preferences. Designed to offer retailers an exceptional bridal proposition, the range combines luxury, wearability, and market relevance.

Adding a vibrant new dimension to the exhibition was the launch of the Prism Collection by Speed Bangles, a proud subsidiary of Sky Gold & Diamonds Ltd. Inspired by the brilliance of a rainbow, the Prism Collection transforms vibrant colours into wearable works of art.

A perfect fusion of cutting-edge CNC technology and master craftsmanship, Prism has been engineered to be exceptionally lightweight while delivering a lightning-like sparkle from every angle. Every bangle captures the beauty of colour, the precision of advanced manufacturing, and the artistry of fine jewellery making—creating a collection that is both visually striking and commercially appealing for today’s jewellery retailers.

Prism Collection — Light as air. Bright as a prism. Crafted to shine beyond limits.

Expanding beyond jewellery, Sky Gold & Diamonds also introduced an exclusive Luxury Gold Accessories Collection, showcasing a bold interpretation of contemporary luxury. The collection features exquisitely crafted gold phone covers, gold mobile purses, gold jackets, and gold belts, demonstrating the company’s ability to extend fine craftsmanship into premium lifestyle accessories. Designed for discerning consumers who appreciate individuality and statement luxury, the collection attracted significant attention from visitors seeking distinctive creations beyond conventional jewellery.

One of the most remarkable unveilings at the booth was a limited-edition commemorative pen inspired by the life, vision, and leadership journey of the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. More than a collectible, the pen stands as a tribute to perseverance, nation-building, and India’s rise on the global stage.

What makes this creation truly exceptional is the craftsmanship behind it. The development of the pen involved over 1,400 hours of design, engineering, and artistic execution, with every detail meticulously curated to narrate defining milestones from the Prime Minister’s journey. The project brought together skilled designers, artisans, and technical experts to transform a writing instrument into a symbolic representation of leadership, progress, and the spirit of modern India. The unveiling drew considerable attention from visitors, dignitaries, and industry stakeholders alike, underscoring the growing appreciation for creations that seamlessly combine storytelling with exceptional craftsmanship.

Speaking on the occasion, Akash Talesara, President, Sky Gold & Diamonds, said:

“Innovation is not just about creating new products, it is about creating meaningful experiences. Our Diamond Bridal Collection, the Prism Collection by Speed Bangles, and our Luxury Gold Accessories have all been developed by understanding changing consumer aspirations and retail opportunities. The commemorative pen is a passion project that reflects the power of craftsmanship and storytelling, with more than 1,400 hours dedicated to bringing this vision to life.

The overwhelming response we have received at IIJS Premiere has been truly encouraging and reinforces our commitment to continuously pushing the boundaries of design, technology, and manufacturing excellence.”

The new launches further strengthen Sky Gold & Diamonds’ position as a comprehensive jewellery manufacturing partner, offering an extensive portfolio across gold jewellery, bridal collections, bangles, chains, diamond jewellery, lifestyle accessories, and bespoke creations. Through continuous innovation, world-class manufacturing capabilities, and a deep understanding of market trends, the company remains committed to empowering retailers with products that inspire consumers and drive business growth both in India and across international markets.

With the International Jewellery Fair in Sydney set to take place from 22–24 August 2026, organisers Expertise Events have announced an extensive education programme aimed at helping jewellery retailers strengthen their businesses and stay ahead of industry developments.

The three-day fair will feature 12 expert presentations, covering everything from AI and digital tools to gemstone education, diamond detection, business security, insurance and consumer trends.

The programme will open on Saturday, 22 August, with Vikas Sodhani of Unbridaled exploring how AI tools can boost sales and streamline daily operations. The day will also feature sessions on Australian opals, Colombian emeralds, jewellery business security and insurance.

Gemstone specialists Alyssa Cameron and Mateo Patino of GemstoneX will offer practical insights into Colombian emerald quality, treatments, origin and certification. Meanwhile, John Papadimitriou of Safeguard Locksmiths will focus on improving operational discipline and business controls, while Lachlan Renshaw of Centrestone Jewellery Insurance will address protecting jewellery businesses beyond the point of sale.

Technology will remain a key theme, with Ryan Abdullah and Isaac Schaider of CaratIQ demonstrating how AI and technology can help jewellers increase sales and simplify operations. Stephen Moignard of Australian Jade will also take attendees through the origins and characteristics of Australian jade.

Focus on Trust, Technology and Changing Consumers

The education programme continues on Sunday, 23 August, with Christina Loccisano of Searay presenting a live demonstration of diamond detection technology and examining how retailers can use trust as a competitive advantage.

The Gemmological Association of Australia (GAA) will address one of the industry’s most relevant areas—the distinction between natural, treated and synthetic materials, including natural and lab-created diamonds.

Other sessions will explore how outsourced manufacturing and integrated software are reshaping bespoke jewellery, while generational consultant Scott Millar will examine the trends influencing the next generation of jewellery consumers.

The final day, Monday, 24 August, will open with Mustafa Ali of Fog Bandit ANZ, who will focus on proactive approaches to jewellery business security and loss prevention.

By bringing together industry expertise, practical education and emerging technology, the Sydney Fair aims to provide retailers with actionable knowledge that can be applied directly to their businesses.

The International Jewellery Fair will be held at the International Convention and Exhibition Centre (ICC Sydney) from 22–24 August 2026.
