Rokde Jewellers to Turn Loyal Customers into Brand Ambassadors in Season 5 of ‘Happy Customers’ Campaign
The popular month-long initiative draws over 450 entries as the brand prepares to select 60 customers to be featured across its advertising platforms.
Rokde Jewellers has rolled out the fifth season of its flagship customer engagement campaign, ‘Happy Customers: Together Forever’, inviting its loyal clientele to become the face of the brand. The campaign has received a record-breaking response, with over 450 customer entries across its outlets.
Running for a month, this initiative celebrates customer loyalty by selecting 60 individuals to be featured as brand ambassadors. These ambassadors will appear in Rokde Jewellers’ promotional content across hoardings, print media, and digital platforms, reinforcing the brand’s focus on community and trust.

“The core idea behind launching ‘Happy Customers – Season 5: Together Forever’ was to celebrate the very people who have built this brand — our customers,” said Paras Rokde, Director of Rokde Jewellers. “Over the last five years, this campaign has become a tradition of gratitude. It’s our heartfelt way of saying thank you to those who continue to trust us and wear our jewellery on their most special occasions.”
Participants are selected through a lucky draw, ensuring the process remains inclusive and open to all registered customers, regardless of their purchase size. The 60 chosen ambassadors will represent diverse categories, including gold, diamond, bridal, and silver jewellery.
Paras Rokde further noted the campaign’s growing popularity. “The response has grown year after year. Many customers eagerly wait for this campaign, and their enthusiasm reflects the strong bond we’ve built with them.”
The campaign is currently in its final selection phase, with winners to be announced soon via the brand’s official channels. Beyond marketing, the initiative has evolved into a key customer touchpoint, boosting store visits and strengthening long-term relationships.
