“Opening in Westborough marks an important milestone for Tanishq as we establish our presence in New England. Our 10th location in the United States reflects the growing appreciation for Indian craftsmanship, and we’re excited to introduce Tanishq’s heritage of gold artistry and contemporary design while continuing to expand across the U.S.”
Owned by the Tata Group, Tanishq aims to cater to the region’s nearly 40,000 Indian households across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Connecticut, offering a wide range of bridal, festive, and everyday fine jewellery.
The store features over 5,000 designs, blending traditional Indian craftsmanship with contemporary styles, and provides a strong alternative to established hubs like Oak Tree Road, New Jersey.
The grand opening included a ribbon-cutting ceremony, traditional lamp lighting, a Bharatanatyam performance, and a fashion showcase, attended by community leaders and dignitaries.
Tanishq continues its strategic expansion across U.S. cities with significant South Asian populations, including Atlanta, Seattle, Houston, and Chicago.
