GIVA introduces their new collection ‘Shakti’;  Indo- European Inspired Silver Jewellery with Italian Designer Anna Giulia Chicco

Published

GIVA has announced the launch of its latest silver jewellery line – Shakti. An Indo-European inspired creation with Italian jewellery designer Anna Giulia Chicco, the collection brings together the elegance of European artistry and the strength of Indian heritage. Drawing from the nurturing spirit of Maa Durga and the regal elegance of a Maharani, the Shakti line reimagines traditional grandeur into lightweight, wearable designs

With over 100+ new designs spanning earrings, pendants, anklets, nose pins, and even hair pins, Shakti celebrates the balance of strength and grace, tradition and modernity. Crafted in 925 pure silver, perfect for sensitive skin, the collection has been designed to be accessible without compromising on artistry, with prices starting at Rs.799 for nose pins and Rs.1,799 for earrings.

Commenting on the launch, Anna Giulia Chicco said: “When I last visited India during Navratri, I was in awe of the colours, the vibrancy, and the energy of the festival. That spirit of celebration inspired me deeply. With Shakti, I wanted to honour that power and merge it with Italian elegance, creating jewellery that carries both meaning and beauty. To me, Shakti is not just about design; it’s about celebrating the true potential that lies in every woman.”

Drawing from the nurturing spirit of Maa Durga and the regal elegance of a Maharani, the Shakti line reimagines traditional grandeur into lightweight, wearable designs. What sets it apart is the infusion of Anna’s European sensibilities. A graduate of IED in Turin, Italy, and a designer with over five years of experience working across international brands, Anna brings a distinctly global perspective – balancing Italian elegance with Indian symbolism.

From White CZ, Golden, Light Orange, and Orange Red stones to pearls in round, drop, and mogra bead forms, paired with elegant platings in Rose Gold, Silver, and Yellow Gold – every detail has been designed to embody both grandeur and wearability.

The Shakti Collection is more than jewellery. It is an ode to the modern woman, strong yet graceful, rooted yet forward-looking, traditional yet modern. Every piece is crafted not just to adorn, but to be proudly worn and deeply cherished.
