As Ganeshtova approaches, Kushal’s Fashion & silver Jewellery unveils a special festive collection of statement antique-finish jewellery that blends Indian craftsmanship with contemporary designs.  This collection celebrates devotion while offering versatile, style-forward pieces for today’s woman.

Ganeshotsav, one of Maharashtra’s most loved festivals, is a time of colour, music, rituals, and togetherness. Families welcome Lord Ganesha into their homes with grandeur, and jewellery plays a central role in completing the festive look. Kushal’s latest collection honours these customs through handcrafted designs and intricate craftsmanship, crafted to honour tradition while fitting effortlessly into contemporary wardrobes. This range is perfect for welcoming Bappa and for visarjan, combining premium handfeel with lightweight comfort to ensure ease throughout the festivities.

Actress Hruta Durgule, the face of the campaign, beautifully showcases this blend of tradition and modernity. In the campaign visuals, Hruta wears a statement choker that merges the traditional chandrakor design -a cherished Maharashtrian symbol -with a delicate modern floral pattern. The antique finish gives it a regal charm, perfect for the festive season. She completes the look with drop jhumkas, statement finger rings featuring intricate Ganesha motifs, and kadas detailed with  stones in rich green and ruby colours. Each piece reflects the artistry of jewellery while feeling fresh and relevant for contemporary styling.

Speaking on the launch, Manish Gulechha, Co-Founder, Kushal’s Fashion Jewellery, said:
“Pune is a strategic market for us, and we are delighted by the warm and enthusiastic response we’ve received. With the festive season approaching, we are excited to bring our latest collection to our consumers here. From intricate antique-finish pieces to statement festive jewellery, we offer something for every celebration, both in our stores and online. We are also pleased to collaborate with actress Hruta Durgule, whose grace and charm perfectly complement the essence of our collection.”

The highlights of this collection are its traditional Maharashtrian motifs like the chandrakor and floral designs — symbols of wisdom, prosperity, and strength. The range features trending styles such as ornate chokers, statement finger rings, and bold kadas, all designed to make a lasting impression at every festive gathering.

Actress Hruta Durgule shared her thoughts on the collaboration: “Wearing this collection for Ganeshotsav made me feel connected to my roots and the festive energy around this season. I love how Kushal’s has reimagined traditional motifs like the chandrakor and the florals of Paithani in such a fresh way — it’s perfect for celebrating and creating beautiful memories.”

Crafted in antique gold-plated finishes, the collection offers richness and cultural depth ideal for pujas, family gatherings, and festive outings. Perfectly paired with silk sarees, Paithanis, classic Nauvari drapes, or elegant lehengas for a graceful festive look, or styled with Indo-western ensembles like embroidered jackets and flowy skirts for a contemporary twist.

Ekta Kapoor Turns Investor, Targets India’s $70 Billion Jewellery Opportunity With Ekatra Jewels

The Woman Who Built India’s Entertainment Legacy Now Sets Her Sights On A $70 Billion Luxury Industry Bringing Her Legacy Of Women-first Storytelling To Ekatra Jewels, The Conscious Diamond House Rewriting The Rules Of Fine Jewellery.

After decades of creating stories that have resonated with millions, acclaimed producer and entrepreneur Ekta Kapoor is stepping into a new chapter — one that extends beyond entertainment and into the world of modern luxury. Ekta Kapoor partners with Ekatra Jewels.

More than a business collaboration, Ekta’s entry into Ekatra Jewels marks the beginning of a women-led movement designed to disrupt the traditional jewellery industry, bringing together storytelling, innovation, technology, and conscious craftsmanship for a new generation of Indian women.

For decades, Ekta Kapoor has shaped Indian culture by creating stories centred around powerful, ambitious women who challenge convention. At Ekatra Jewels, she now brings that same disruptive vision to jewellery, helping redefine jewellery not as something locked away for occasions, but as an everyday expression of identity, ambition, and self-worth.

Ekta Kapoor said:

“For generations, jewellery was treated as something women protected for occasions. I believe jewellery should move with women through everyday life, through ambition, work, celebration, travel, and self-expression. That’s what excited me about Ekatra. At Ekatra, we are building a brand that reflects the woman of today: conscious, expressive, independent, and unapologetically powerful,”

With Ekta Kapoor shaping the cultural and emotional voice of the brand, Ekatra Jewels is positioning itself as India’s first true Design · Technology jewellery house.

At the core of Ekatra Jewels’ innovation are its 100% IGI-certified lab-grown diamonds, including premium Type II-A diamonds — the purest and rarest category of diamonds in the world, known for their exceptional brilliance, chemical purity, and optical performance.

Leading the brand’s innovation is the flagship Shristi Ratna™, Ekatra Jewels’ patented 108-facet diamond cut. While traditional diamonds feature 57 facets, the Shristi Ratna™ is engineered with 108 facets to maximize fire, light return, and brilliance. Inspired by the sacred significance of the number 108 in Indian culture — symbolizing wholeness and cosmic alignment — the cut represents the fusion of ancient Indian philosophy with futuristic precision engineering.

Alongside Kapoor’s announcement, Ekatra Jewels also unveiled “Oh My Gold,” a collection co-created with Sussanne Khan. Using proprietary Hollow-construction Technology, the collection is engineered to be up to 80% lighter than traditional gold jewellery, liberating women from the burden of heavy occasion-wear and transforming gold into effortless, everyday luxury.

By combining Ekta Kapoor’s deep understanding of modern Indian women with Ekatra Jewels’ vision for conscious innovation, lightweight engineering, and future-facing diamonds, the brand is not simply entering the jewellery market — it is setting out to redefine it.

The future of Indian luxury is lighter, smarter, more conscious, and unapologetically female-led.
