Verlas, the New York-based fine jewelry brand, has brought its luxurious Alyssa collection to India, a floral-inspired range of contemporary designs crafted with IGI-Certified lab-grown diamonds and BIS hallmarked gold in 14K and 9K Gold variants. Built around larger carat weights and romantic floral design, the collection pairs statement sparkle with Verlas’ commitment to sustainability and craftsmanship. Since its founding in 2019, Verlas has focused on modern, considered jewelry designed to feel personal and meaningful, handcrafted by skilled artisans in VS clarity lab-grown diamonds set in fine gold.

Inspired by blooming florals, the Alyssa collection translates nature’s motifs into refined diamond jewelry designed for everyday moments in the form of elegant pendant necklaces and Studs designed with florets of round-cut and marquise-cut diamonds, and then there are these luxe styles that call for something more. For bigger celebrations to evening dressing, these luxe designs are crafted with marquise and round-cut diamonds in hoops and dangler earrings, unique tennis bracelets and tennis necklace designs that embrace the designer craftsmanship of Verlas.  The Alyssa collection brings signature brilliance to a range of personal styles.

For the modern bride, Alyssa brings together jewelry for every part of her journey—from the engagement and big day to her trousseau, bridesmaids and the little moments beyond. Fashion-forward yet effortlessly elegant, each design is crafted to make a statement today and stay in her rotation long after the celebrations are over.

Among the highlights are the Alyssa Cuatro Floral Hoops, featuring five round lab-grown diamonds arranged in a delicate floret on a solid gold hoop. For a softer, more elegant look, these round-cut diamonds bring a classic appeal – perfect for those who prefer understated sparkle.

If bold and distinctive is more your style, the Alyssa Tres Marquise Diamond Huggies bring an elongated floral silhouette with marquise-cut diamond petals.

The Alyssa Radiant Bloom Ring offers another take on the floral motif, bringing together round-cut diamonds for a radiant, feminine look.

Meanwhile, the Alyssa Trio Marquise Bouquet Ring takes a bolder approach, featuring three diamond florets crafted with marquise diamond petals. Whether you lean towards the elegant simplicity of round cuts or the bolder character of marquise cuts, the Alyssa collection offers a floral style to match.

The Alyssa Marquise Studs bring a fresh take on florals, with marquise-cut diamonds forming an X-shaped motif around a round centre. Easy enough for everyday, yet special enough for evenings out, they’re the kind of pair you’ll keep reaching for.

For a little more sparkle, the Alyssa Marquise-Cut Floral Tennis Bracelet makes a statement without feeling reserved for just one occasion. Its floral diamond motifs bring a touch of drama to wedding celebrations, festive evenings and everything in between.

And when you’re ready to go all out, the Alyssa Marquise Radiant Tennis Necklace takes the floral story up a notch. With twenty-three diamond florets and a total weight of 13 carats, it brings together marquise-cut petals and round diamond centres for a look made to shine at the wedding, reception, or your next big celebration.

Available in white, yellow, and rose gold in 14K and 9K, the Alyssa collection reflects Verlas philosophy of creating jewelry that is beautiful, meaningful, and responsibly crafted. Perfect for elevating bridal looks and everyday romance alike.

With its growing presence in India, Verlas continues to bring its modern design and craftsmanship approach to fine jewelry to new audiences, combining considered design, conscious choice, and a more approachable jewelry experience.

Jennifer Winget Steps Into A New Creative Chapter With Ekatra Jewels’ NOT JUST ONE

The actor and co-creator brings her personal perspective to seven solitaire shapes, each representing a different facet of the same woman

Jennifer Winget has spent two decades stepping into different versions of women on screen. Now, she has stepped into a new creative field as a co creator with Ekatra Jewels, with the launch of NOT JUST ONE, her new solitaire jewellery collection. Inspired by her own relationship with jewellery and personal style, the collection marks a shift from simply wearing jewellery to having a hand in creating it.

The collection brings together seven diamond shapes, each representing a quality that can exist within the same woman: Round for Confidence, Marquise for Courage, Heart for Nurturing and Love, Pear for Curiosity and Creativity, Oval for Clarity and Mindfulness, Emerald for Drive, and Multi shape for Authenticity. Rather than representing seven different women, the collection celebrates the many sides of one woman and the freedom to embrace more than one.

Winget has been closely involved in the making of the collection, from selecting the shapes to considering how each piece sits on the hand, the scale of the settings and how the designs can be mixed and worn together. For an actor who has spent years stepping into different characters, the process offered an opportunity to bring her own perspective into something from the ground up.

Jennifer Winget Said:

“I’ve spent twenty years playing different women and finding a little bit of myself in each of them. With this, I got to do something quite different. I wasn’t stepping into a character or someone else’s world. I was bringing my own perspective into something and seeing it take shape.

It felt very personal to me because, for the first time, I was creating something that carried a part of who I am. This is the first time the thing carrying my name is something I actually made, and that was very special to me”

That personal perspective extends to the way Winget approaches jewellery. She gravitates towards pieces that become part of her everyday wardrobe rather than being reserved for special occasions. Reflecting that approach, NOT JUST ONE includes rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets, studs and drops that can be worn individually or combined across the different shapes. Ekatra’s proprietary hollow gold construction keeps the pieces lightweight and comfortable for everyday wear.

“I’ve always believed that the jewellery you wear should feel like an extension of you. I’m not someone who saves everything for a special occasion. I have a few pieces that I reach for all the time because they become a part of your everyday life and, over time, they start carrying memories with them. So for me, it was important that this collection felt beautiful, but also effortless, wearable and personal,” said Winget.

The idea behind the collection is also reflected in its campaign, which explores the seven shapes through different moods and everyday moments. Rather than treating the collection as seven separate looks, the campaign brings out the different emotions and qualities that each shape represents.

“What I really loved about the idea was that we weren’t trying to put women into one box. We can be confident and vulnerable, driven and nurturing, curious and grounded, sometimes all in the same day. I think that is what makes being a woman so interesting. The seven shapes gave us a beautiful way to capture those different sides without saying that you have to choose just one,” said Winget.

The collection brings together Winget’s creative perspective with Ekatra’s expertise in lab grown diamonds and fine jewellery craftsmanship. Every diamond in NOT JUST ONE is grown, cut and finished in house by Ekatra through its farm to finger model. All Ekatra diamonds are Type IIa, described by the brand as the rarest form of diamond, accounting for roughly two per cent of diamonds globally. The collection also features Ekatra’s Shristi Ratna™ cut, which holds a granted design patent in India.

For Winget, the choice of a grown diamond connects with the intention behind the collection.

“I liked the idea of a diamond that is created with intention. There is something quite meaningful about that for me. So much of who we become is shaped by the choices we make, the things we build and the experiences we go through. The idea of creating something with purpose felt very aligned with what this collection is trying to say about women,” said Winget.

The collaboration is rooted in Ekatra’s wider philosophy of working with women as co creators rather than traditional ambassadors. Taking its name from the Sanskrit word meaning “together” or “coming together”, the brand brings together different perspectives, aesthetics and creative voices in the process of creating its jewellery. Its wider group of women collaborators includes Apoorva Mukhija, Pragya Kapoor and Jennifer Winget.

“What I really appreciated about working with Ekatra was that I never felt like I was simply lending my name to a collection. I was genuinely involved in the process and my opinions mattered, whether it was choosing the shapes, looking at the scale or thinking about how the pieces would actually sit and feel when you wear them. Ekatra means coming together, and that is exactly what this experience felt like. Everyone brought their own perspective, and somewhere in between all those ideas, NOT JUST ONE came together,” said Winget.

Pavitra Gandhi, Founder, Ekatra Jewels, said, “Jennifer didn’t want to be the face of a collection. She wanted to make one. That is the only kind of partnership we are interested in, women coming together to build, which is what the word has always meant.”
