SRK Group launches marks 61st anniversary by launching two solar energy projects
Shree Ramkrishna Exports(SRK), a global leader in the natural diamond industry, marked its 61st anniversary with the grand celebration of “Parivarotsav 2025”, showcasing its commitment to values, sustainability and people-centric growth.
As part of its 61st anniversary celebrations under the banner of “Parivarotsav 2025,” SRK Group inaugurated two new solar power facilities:6 MW Solar Power Plant – Located in Akala village and 0.814 MW Solar Power Plant – Located in Amod.These installations will directly supply renewable energy to SRK’s diamond manufacturing units, SRK Empire and SRK House, both of which are equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure. The project represents a major step forward in SRK’s long-term strategy for environmental stewardship.

Union Minister for Labour & Employment Mansukh Mandaviya commended SRK’s role in nation-building and environmental responsibility, saying, “In India, service is a cultural value, and the spirit of family sustains our traditions. SRK’s Parivarotsav showcases how collective identity and family values can drive corporate and societal progress.”
Speaking at the event, SRK Group Founder & Chairman Govindbhai Dholakia said, “Our growth has been guided by purity in purpose and lifestyle. In our organization, no one is addicted or exploitative. This disciplined, simple way of working is what drives our continued success.”

In a demonstration of its deep-rooted commitment to employee care, SRK Group announced financial support of Rs. 20 lakh to the families of employees who passed away unexpectedly. This initiative reflects SRK’s dedication to fostering a family-oriented, compassionate workplace culture.

Market Debut: Shares of the B2B gold supplier are set to list on both the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) on September 8.
Gold jewellery supplier Deepa Jewellers saw massive investor appetite for its initial public offering, finishing its final day of book-building nearly 43 times oversubscribed on Thursday.
According to National Stock Exchange (NSE) data, the Rs 460-crore public issue received bids for more than 78.9 crore shares against an available pool of 1.85 crore shares.
The issue carried a price band of Rs 168 to Rs 177 per share, valuing the company at an estimated market capitalization of roughly Rs 1,700 crore at the upper end of the range. The offering comprised a fresh issue of equity shares worth up to Rs 250 crore alongside an offer-for-sale (OFS) of more than 1.18 crore shares.
Ahead of the public rollout, the Telangana-based company raised Rs 138 crore from prominent anchor investors, drawing capital from domestic heavyweights like Motilal Oswal Finvest and WhiteOak Capital Mutual Fund.
