Armaan Kothari and backed by the Kothari Group, entrepreneur Nikhil Kamath, and Kavin Shah, has accelerated its expansion across Maharashtra with the launch of its Baner store, further strengthening its retail presence in the state. Following its flagship store in Andheri, Mumbai, and its existing store in Kharadi, Pune, the new Baner location marks the brand’s third retail destination in Maharashtra, reinforcing its commitment to making contemporary fine jewellery more accessible across one of India’s fastest-growing luxury consumption markets.

The launch of the Baner store marks another milestone in Keemti’s omnichannel growth journey, bringing its thoughtfully curated collection of certified lab grown diamond jewellery closer to consumers across Maharashtra. Designed to offer an immersive retail experience, the new store features an extensive range of everyday essentials, occasion wear, bridal jewellery, and statement pieces that combine contemporary design with exceptional craftsmanship.

Maharashtra continues to be a strategic growth market for Keemti, driven by an evolving consumer base of young professionals, entrepreneurs, and modern luxury buyers seeking jewellery that reflects both personal style and conscious choices. By expanding across Maharashtra, the brand is making contemporary fine jewellery more accessible while strengthening its relationship with consumers in the region.

Pune has emerged as a key market for Keemti, with a growing base of young professionals, entrepreneurs, and discerning consumers embracing new expressions of fine jewellery. The brand’s expanding presence in the city reflects its commitment to offering thoughtfully designed pieces that combine exceptional craftsmanship, modern aesthetics, and conscious luxury.

Each Keemti store presents a diverse collection of everyday essentials, occasion wear, lightweight jewellery, and statement pieces across gold and silver. From refined non-studded designs to diamond-studded creations, the collection reflects Keemti’s philosophy of intentional design and accessible luxury—creating jewellery that celebrates individuality and moves seamlessly across the many facets of the modern Indian woman’s life.

Speaking about the brand’s growth, Sunil Kothari, Chairman, Keemti, said: “Pune has emerged as an important market in Keemti’s growth journey, and the response we have received from consumers across the city has been extremely encouraging. With our presence in Kharadi and now Baner, we are strengthening our reach across two key parts of Pune and bringing the Keemti experience closer to a wider consumer base. The continued expansion of our retail presence in Pune and across Maharashtra reflects our confidence in the region, while our focus remains firmly on quality, trust, exceptional craftsmanship, and a retail experience that puts the customer first.”

Sharing his vision, Armaan Kothari, Founder & MD Keemti, added:”Pune is a city with a young, progressive and increasingly discerning consumer base, making it a natural fit for Keemti’s vision. We are building a jewellery brand for today’s Indian consumer—one who values individuality, thoughtful design and conscious choices. Our growing presence in Pune allows us to engage more closely with this consumer and create an elevated jewellery experience that feels relevant to their lifestyle, aspirations and everyday moments. As we continue to expand across Maharashtra and other key markets, Pune will remain an important part of our growth journey.”

Backed by the Kothari Group’s extensive manufacturing expertise across the USA, Europe, and the Middle East, Keemti brings together global craftsmanship, certified lab grown diamonds, intentional design, and factory-direct pricing to create fine jewellery that is both aspirational and accessible. By leveraging its manufacturing capabilities and direct-to-consumer approach, Keemti is able to offer thoughtfully designed jewellery at competitive prices, making exceptional craftsmanship and the brilliance of lab grown diamonds more accessible to today’s consumer.

The expansion in Pune is part of Keemti’s broader strategy to build a strong retail and omnichannel presence across India. With its flagship store in Andheri, Mumbai, and stores across Kharadi and Baner in Pune, alongside its presence in Indore and Delhi, Keemti is steadily building a network of retail destinations across key markets. The brand plans to further expand its retail footprint, bringing its proposition of intentional design, exceptional craftsmanship, certified lab grown diamonds, and factory-direct pricing to consumers across the country.

P N Gadgil & Sons Opens New Showroom At Amanora Mall, Hadapsar, Pune

The 194-Year-Old Jewellery House Extends Its East Pune Presence With A Store Built Around Purity, Transparency and Lifelong Customer Relationships

P. N. Gadgil & Sons (PNGS), one of India’s oldest and most trusted jewellery houses, opened its newest showroom at Amanora Mall, Hadapsar, Pune, in the first week of July. The launch, held on 7th July, was attended by customers, well-wishers and members of the PNGS family, and marks a further deepening of the brand’s presence in the city where its story began.

Founded in 1832, P. N. Gadgil & Sons carries a 194-year legacy that has been built less on expansion and more on the relationships it has held across generations. For families in Maharashtra, a visit to PNGS has traditionally marked a milestone: a wedding, a first gold purchase for a child, a festival, a homecoming. The new Amanora showroom has been designed to carry that same sense of occasion into a modern retail environment.

A value system before a product line

At the centre of the PNGS proposition is a set of commitments the brand has held consistently through nearly two centuries of business: absolute purity in every piece, complete transparency in pricing and weight, craftsmanship that is documented rather than claimed, and a service relationship that continues long after the purchase is made. For a category where the customer is often making one of the largest purchases of their life, PNGS has built its reputation on removing doubt from the transaction.

The new showroom houses the brand’s full range of gold, diamond and silver jewellery, spanning bridal collections, festive and occasion wear, and lighter everyday pieces for younger customers. Trained consultants are on hand to guide customers through purity standards, certification and design choices, with dedicated space for bridal consultations.

Speaking on the launch, Aditya Modak, CFO & COO, P. N. Gadgil & Sons, said:

Pune is home, and every showroom we open here is watched closely by customers who have known this brand for three and four generations. That is a good discipline to have. What we have carried into Amanora is not a new format but an old promise that what you are told about a piece of jewellery is exactly what you are buying, at a price you can see the working of. In 194 years, the designs have changed with every generation. The value system has not. We are glad to bring it to a part of Pune that has been asking us for it.”

Hadapsar and the wider East Pune corridor have grown into one of the city’s most active residential and retail catchments, and the new showroom allows PNGS to serve a customer base that has expanded significantly over the past decade without requiring them to travel across the city.
