The 78th Primetime Emmy Awards, held at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles on September 14, 2026, delivered a red carpet filled with couture, diamonds, pearls and coloured gemstones. Alongside the fashion statements, jewellery houses including Mikimoto, Tiffany & Co., Bulgari, Boucheron, Cartier and Irene Neuwirth featured prominently.

Zendaya — Prada & Mikimoto

Zendaya arrived in a custom crystal-embellished Prada gown, paired with a new pixie haircut. Her jewellery came from Mikimoto, including white South Sea pearl earrings with more than 4.40 carats of diamonds, along with coordinating pearl and diamond pieces. She also wore a Rolex watch.

Selena Gomez — Louis Vuitton & Tiffany & Co.

Selena Gomez chose a strapless gold Louis Vuitton gown with a sculptural, metallic finish. She accessorised with Tiffany & Co. jewellery, including pieces from the house’s Jean Schlumberger and Bird on a Rock designs, bringing diamonds and mixed metals into the look.

Florence Pugh — Vivienne Westwood & Bulgari

Florence Pugh wore a lavender Vivienne Westwood gown with softly draped sleeves. Her statement jewellery was from Bulgari, featuring a tourmaline and morganite necklace accented with pavé diamonds and pear-shaped coloured stones.

Ayo Edebiri — Chanel & Mikimoto

Ayo Edebiri opted for a custom Chanel look in navy, highlighted by a contrasting vermillion bow. She completed the ensemble with Mikimoto pearl jewellery, including pearl rings.

Elle Fanning — Ralph Lauren & Cartier

Elle Fanning appeared in a custom jade/pistachio-green Ralph Lauren Collection gown, crafted in embroidered silk chiffon with hand-applied micro-cut glass beads. Cartier jewellery added further sparkle to the look.

Sarah Pidgeon — Chanel High Jewellery

Sarah Pidgeon wore a custom lilac Chanel gown inspired by the minimalist style associated with Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy. She paired the look with Chanel High Jewellery, including diamond necklaces and chameleon flower-shaped rings.

Colman Domingo — Valentino & Boucheron

Colman Domingo brought jewellery into menswear with a custom Valentino ensemble and multiple pieces from Boucheron. Among them was a green tourmaline, lacquer, white-gold and diamond-paved Green Garden brooch from the Histoire de Style High Jewelry collection.

Supriya Ganesh — McQueen & Irene Neuwirth

The Pitt star Supriya Ganesh wore a soft blue McQueen slip gown, complemented by an aquamarine necklace by Los Angeles jeweller Irene Neuwirth. The pastel gemstone palette closely echoed her gown.

Grace Gummer — Dior & Boucheron

Grace Gummer chose a strapless Dior gown with floral detailing and completed the look with a Boucheron diamond choker, bringing an Art Deco-inspired jewellery element to her minimalist silhouette.

Shailene Woodley — Balenciaga & Handle Only With Love

Shailene Woodley made a statement in a periwinkle halter top, bejewelled Balenciaga couture trousers and eggplant opera gloves. Her standout accessory was the “Frida” collar necklace by Handle Only With Love, featuring 13 hand-carved Venetian glass pieces set in 18-karat yellow gold and 3.08 carats of European-cut diamonds.

The Jewellery Trend

One of the clearest jewellery directions of the evening was a more edited approach to accessorising. Many celebrities appeared to choose either a statement necklace or standout earrings, rather than layering multiple major pieces. Pearls, white metals, coloured gemstones and sculptural designs were among the recurring elements across the red carpet.

From Mikimoto pearls on Zendaya and Ayo Edebiri to Tiffany & Co. on Selena Gomez, Bulgari on Florence Pugh and Boucheron on Colman Domingo and Grace Gummer, the 2026 Emmys offered a broad showcase of contemporary jewellery styling across both womenswear and menswear.
