Globally, Gold prices declined on Monday as Spot gold fell 0.4% at $1,939.19 an ounce, while US gold futures were down 0.8% to $1,954.40.
Gold prices remained mostly flat in India on Monday (June 5) as the gold rate for 10 grams of 24-carat gold in the country costs Rs.60,330 while, the gold rate for 22-carat (10 grams) is Rs.55,300.
Gold futures, maturing on June 5, 2023, were down 0.34% at Rs.59404.00 on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) . Meanwhile, MCX silver futures (July 5) were down 0.45% at Rs.71697.00 per kilogram.
