Emerald Jewel Industry, a leader in jewellery design and manufacturing, recently marked a significant milestone, The 40th year Anniversary.  Emerald Group, with over 40 years of legacy, has consistently been at the forefront of jewellery innovation, combining craftsmanship, technology, and sustainability.

From humble beginnings as a salesperson earning just one dollar a day,  K Srinivasan, the managing Director of Emerald Jewel Industry has transformed the company into a globally recognized brand, with over 200 awards for design and manufacturing. Under his leadership, Emerald Group now boasts more than 1,000,000 square feet across 6 state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, integrates over 20 advanced technologies to deliver exceptional quality.


With a vast collection of more than 600,000 designs and the company employs over 8,000+ employees. The 40th-anniversary celebrations were marked by a remarkable achievement as Emerald employees set a record in the Kalam Book of Records. Over 9,000 participants came together to draw the message "Say No to Drugs" in just 20 minutes. This extraordinary display of unity and corporate social responsibility reflects the company’s strong commitment to social causes and the well-being of its employees and the community at large. Additionally, Emerald Group has implemented 40 key initiatives, reinforcing its dedication to employee welfare and organizational growth.The 40th-anniversary celebrations also included captivating performances and insightful reflections from.K.Srinivasan. He emphasized the importance of health, mental well-being, and patience for the younger generation. He cited renowned industrialist Ratan Tata as his inspiration for leadership, particularly Tata’s simplicity, humility, and focus on employee welfare. Also, emphasized the importance of sustainability, stating that Emerald Group is currently in progress of generating 40 megawatts of solar power, with plans to increase the capacity to 300 megawatts in the near future.

Looking ahead, K.Srinivasan also shared his vision for the future, outlining Emerald Group’s ambitious goals for the next decade . These include expanding manufacturing capacity, increasing the market value to 50,000 crores, growing exports to 30–40 countries, and enhancing the retail footprint with Jewelone, Florencia, and Zilara brands.

Emerald Group’s journey is just a beginning and is poised for continued growth and success as it moves toward its next milestone. The next 10 years, promise an exciting new chapter as Emerald continues to inspire, lead, and thrive in the jewellery industry.
